With Northeast Wisconsin as an epicenter of manufacturing, Manufacturing First has rapidly become known as one of the state's premier industry events. Since it began in 2011, Manufacturing First routinely welcomes more than 1,200 attendees and 550+ high school students to the event held in Green Bay, WI. Manufacturing First is an Insight Publications event. Partner, NEW Manufacturing Alliance, is an essential part of the planning and support of this event. The 2025 presenting sponsor is First Business Bank.

Manufacturing First features a full-day of speakers, informative presentations focused on innovation and the latest industry trends, multiple networking opportunities and an expo hall with more than 200 exhibitors highlighting their products and services. Thanks to the NEW Manufacturing Alliance, students attending the event have an opportunity to meet with manufacturers about possible career options.

This agreement is entered into between Insight Publications, hereinafter referred to as the "Event", and each participant attending the Event, hereinafter referred to as the "Participant".

The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Event may take photographs and/or video recordings of Participants during the Event for use in promotional and/or marketing materials for the Event, including but not limited to, websites, brochures, advertisements, and other printed materials. The Participant grants the Event permission to use their likeness in these photographs and/or video recordings.

The Participant understands that the photographs and/or video recordings may be used by the Event and/or its affiliates in perpetuity and in any medium, whether now known or hereafter devised. The Participant acknowledges that they will not receive compensation for the use of their likeness in these photographs and/or video recordings.

The Participant acknowledges that they have read this agreement, fully understand its terms, and freely and voluntarily agree to be bound by it.

I certify that I am at least 18 years of age or, in the case of the registrant being unable to sign for themselves, I am the legal guardian authorized to provide consent on their behalf.
