Power Hour

Attract more attendees to your booth by offering a prize drawing. Guests enter by dropping off a business card at participating booths throughout the event.

Prizes must be valued at a minimum of $250 and may not include services. Exhibitors providing prizes valued at $500+ may draw their winner on stage.

EVENT POLICIES:

Exhibitors cancelling after 9/14/26 are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.
Exhibitors cancelling after 10/9/26 are subject to a $500 cancellation fee.
Exhibitors who have reserved a booth and do not show on event day will be charged a $500 penalty.
Exhibitors who take down their booth prior to 4:00pm on 10/28 will be charged a $250 penalty fee.

This agreement is entered into between Insight Publications, hereinafter referred to as the "Event", and each participant attending the Event, hereinafter referred to as the "Participant".

The Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Event may take photographs and/or video recordings of Participants during the Event for use in promotional and/or marketing materials for the Event, including but not limited to, websites, brochures, advertisements, and other printed materials. The Participant grants the Event permission to use their likeness in these photographs and/or video recordings.

The Participant understands that the photographs and/or video recordings may be used by the Event and/or its affiliates in perpetuity and in any medium, whether now known or hereafter devised. The Participant acknowledges that they will not receive compensation for the use of their likeness in these photographs and/or video recordings.

The Participant acknowledges that they have read this agreement, fully understand its terms, and freely and voluntarily agree to be bound by it.

I certify that I am at least 18 years of age or, in the case of the registrant being unable to sign for themselves, I am the legal guardian authorized to provide consent on their behalf.
