Manufacturing First Expo & Conference | 2026 Exhibitor

The Manufacturing First program is distributed to every one of the 1000+ attendees throughout the event. Every exhibitor is given the opportunity to have their name listed in the program book with a 150-character (including all letters, numbers, spacing and punctuation) description at no additional charge. Any submissions or changes will need to be submitted before September 15 to be considered.

Stand out from the rest by including your logo with your listing. Better yet, get your ad in the program for even more visibility. The program will be distributed electronically before the day of the event in an online, page-turning format. Your ad gives you a direct link from that digital program to the website of your choosing.

Attendee Contact Lists: all participating exhibitors receive the attendee contact list prior to and after the event. You will receive a contact list with attendees first name, last name, company and title. If you wish to receive emails and phone numbers, you can purchase that now.

Power Hour
Attract more attendees to your booth by offering a prize drawing. Guests enter by dropping off a business card at participating booths throughout the event.
Prizes must be valued at a minimum of $250 and may not include services. Exhibitors providing prizes valued at $500+ may draw their winner on stage.
All prize details and participation must be submitted by September 11, 2026. No additions will be accepted after this date.
High School Student Activity Participation
From 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m., participating exhibitors will spend approximately 20 minutes doing hands on activities with high school students in 6 rotations. If you are interested in participating in the high school hands on activity, please indicate it below.
Participation includes an extra 10' x 10' booth space with a 72" round table and 8 chairs, plus your logo on the high school student t-shirts.
